Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details as soon as possible.

Return Policy

We offer returns for eligible physical products within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Books

• Books must be returned in their original condition, unused, and without any marks, damage, or alterations to the pages or cover.
• Returns will only be accepted for unused/unread books with original packaging and tags intact (where applicable).
• If you receive a damaged book, a book with missing pages, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to raise a return request.

Merchandise

• Merchandise items such as tote bags, frames, postcards, and other products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
• Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Digital products, including online courses, ebooks, and downloadable content.
• Customised or personalised products.

Any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of purchase will be considered while processing refunds. Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

All purchases on Rekhta Learning Store are processed through prepaid payment methods.

For approved returns:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or other supported payment methods).
• Once the refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• The actual time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside India, returns or refunds may not be available due to international shipping and logistics limitations.
